USS Intrepid CVS-11   -   Saturday, August 15th, 2009

    HUDSON RIVER, NEW YORK CITY: The Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum and USS Intrepid Association will sponsor Amateur Special Event station WA3KEY/2 on Saturday, August 15th to commemorate the "Fighting I's" 66th Anniversary and Former Crewmembers Annual Reunion. WA3KEY/2 will operate from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) from 15:00 UTC Saturday August 15th until 01:00 UTC Sunday August 16th.
